PROTECT YOURSELF: Tickets purchased from an unauthorized source may be lost, stolen, counterfeit or in violation of resale policies and if so, are VOID, and you will be denied entry. We strongly discourage you from purchasing tickets from an unauthorized source.

 

Is there an age limit to get into the show?
No one under the age of 21 will be allowed entrance in the festival! This includes designated drivers who must also be at least 21 years of age. NO children, toddlers, infants, strollers, or pets are permitted. No one will be admitted without a valid photo ID (no exceptions). Proper identification is the responsibility of the attendee. Failure to present proper, valid photo identification (driver's license or passport) will result in denial of entry with no refund offered.

I have a ticket for Session 1, can I use it to go to Session 2 instead?
OR I have a ticket for Session 2, can I use it to go to Session 1 instead?
NO. You are only permitted to use the ticket you purchased for the session you purchased. The scanners are programmed with the ticket number and will reject your ticket if it is for the wrong session.

How do I get to Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk?


From the North:
Exit 98 on the Garden State Parkway - Go South on Route 34 - Route 34 becomes Route 35 South - After the bridge make left at third light (Arnold Avenue) and go to end.


From the North (coastal):
South on Highway 71 until the end - Follow signs to Route 35 South - After the bridge make left at third light (Arnold Avenue) and go to end.


From Bricktown:
Take Route 70 East to Route 88 East - After the 88 bridge make your first left at the light on Johnson Street (Dunkin Donuts on the corner) Johnson Street becomes Arnold Avenue, take to end.


From the South:
Exit 90 on the Garden State Parkway - Stay to the left on exit ramp - Lanes Mill Road - At the light make the right onto Chambers Bridge Road - At the 7th light make a left onto Route 70 East. Right on Burnt Tavern Road. Left onto Route 88 (follow the directions from Bricktown at Route 88)


From the South (Seaside and coastal):

Is there taxi service available?

Is there parking available?
Yes, there is a municipal lot on the corner of Arnold Avenue and Ocean Avenue. There is plenty of on street parking along Ocean Avenue and side streets.

 

Is the event indoor or outdoor?
Beers on the Boards will be an indoor event at the Martell's Tiki Bar. Outdoor bar area will be open weather permitting. Outdoor area will be available for smokers (smoking is only permitted in this area).

 

What does admission include?
You will pay one fee to get in. You will receive a souvenir five oz. tasting glass with a two-ounce pour line. You are welcome to sample any beer being poured by the brewers.

What is the rate for the Designated Drivers?
Designated Drivers will be charged $20 dollars per ticket.

 

How does the Designated Driver ticket work?
The designated driver pays $18 to get in. The designated driver does not receive a wristband and are not permitted to sample any beer, but are able to enjoy all the activities of the festival except the beer sampling. Any designated driver ticket holder who breaks the designated driver rule will be immediately removed from the festival. Designated Drivers must be 21+.

 

If I buy one ticket am I allowed to go to both sessions?
A ticket can only be used once for the session purchased.

What time do the doors open for each session?
Doors open at 12:15 pm for Session I (Session begins at 12:30 pm).
Doors open at 5:45 pm for Session 2 (Session begins at 6:00 pm).

 

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.

 

Festival Rules
• 21+ Only. Must show valid photo I.D. for admission.
• Don't drink and drive! Designate a driver or take mass transit. The train station is 5 blocks from Martells on Central Ave.
• Promotional photos and video will be taken at the event and you grant permission for your likeness to be used.
• Drink responsibly, know your limits!
• This is a sampling event, 2oz. pours only!
• All attendees must be properly attired.
• We reserve the right to check all bags
• No pets or children allowed.
• No outside glassware or food permitted.
• You get one souvenir glass for this event.
• We reserve the right, at our discretion, to remove any individual(s) from the festival for behaving inappropriately; you will be escorted out by security and not allowed back in!
• All exits are final. No alcohol permitted outside the event.
